Brain imaging cancers are classified using machine learning techniques. This research study suggests a method to extract deep image characteristics using a customized SVM, CNN and the SVM and CNN (SVNN-hybrid) approach. This study uses Preet Viradiya brain tumor dataset available on the Kaggle website. According to experimental findings, the hybrid strategy provides an accuracy of 98.9%.
