A list of the Hepialidae, Saturniidae, and Sphingidae of the Intervales State Park, municipality of Ribeirão Grande, São Paulo, Brazil, is provided. The 207 species recorded comprise 117 Saturniidae, 82 Sphingidae, and eight Hepialidae. A new species, Hylesia dellerbai sp. n.(Lepidoptera: Saturniidae: Hemileucinae), is described from the eastern parts of the states of São Paulo and Santa Catarina in Brazil. The distinct male wing and body ornamentation separate this taxon from its most similar species, Hylesia metapyrrha (Walker, 1855). The holotype male is deposited in the Entomological Collection of the Oswaldo Cruz Institute in Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (CEIOC). The status of Hylesia corevia (Schaus, 1900) is revised as synonym of H. metapyrrha.
