Methods

The purpose of the study was to determine satisfaction with the education and support that patients received during an INR self-testing programme, to establish the confidence of patients to move to an INR self-management programme and to elicit factors influencing the confidence of patients. The study used a cross-sectional prospective, descriptive survey design.
