Objective: To evaluate clinical outcomes associated with DRM according to GLIM criteria and associated prognostic factors.

Methods: Methodology: Prospective observational study within clinical practice. Data collection was conducted from 05/2018 to 09/2019. Patients from all units where CN was implemented, except for short-stay and critical care units, were included. Sociodemographic and anthropometric data, CN (NRS-2002), DRM diagnosis according to GLIM criteria, infectious complications, mortality, readmissions, and hospital stay were collected.
