In this study, who has a rising trend in recent years, Agile Software Development Process has been analyzed by means of Success and Failure Criterias and the effects of those criterias have been determined by using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) methodology. The purpose of this dissertation is to identify criticial success factors in agile software development methodology and specifically focus on indicators to conclude their significance of relationship and impact so that the possible results are determined, predicted and exterminated in advance. The study started by searching the liteature (published in papers, articles and technical reports) to determine the success indicators of agile projects in a multi-dimensional view of factors which were classified into classifications. In addition to that, each and every factor was decomposed into a group of sub factors and indicators in which this classification helped in obtaining a multi-dimensional view of factors that made them more viable. To collect data on each of the detail criterias of Agile Software Development Process the survey method has been used. The effect of each detail criterias on the result of a Project which is developed by applying Agile Software Development Process is measured with the answers gathered from this survey. Participants of the survey have different roles and levels of experience both on software development generally and spec ifically on agile software development and process.
