简介
Digital government research that compares or analyzes relevant problems for the North American region is scarce [1, 2]. As part of the work of the North American Digital Government Working Group, this poster presents a comparative analysis of policy and program priorities of digital government in Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Common priorities in the three countries include services to citizens, improved government operations, transparency, connectivity, and economic development. Overall, the US government is renewing its e-government agenda as a component of a wider government innovation initiative. The government of Canada is also in a process of refreshing, with specific focus on the consolidation of government services and operations. Finally, Mexico is in the process of consolidating multiple digital government programs into a single program with a medium-term vision.
