In the last decade, many researchers have attentions towards measuring the uncertainty and vagueness in data set using the properties of neutrosophic sets. In this chapter, we have focused on measuring uncertainty and its fluctuation using the properties of complex neutrosphic sets. It contains real-valued truth, indeterminacy, and falsity membership values as amplitude and a phase term for each of them. In this process a major problem arises on how to compute. The chapter also introduces connection among bipolar and complex neutrosophic sets to compute the similarity among bipolar complex neutrosophic sets . One of the examples of the proposed method is also given with their step-by-step demonstration. In addition, the comparative results obtained from each of the methods are also shown.
