Methods
We used the TriNetX (Cambridge, MA) research network to retrospectively analyze data from multiple institutions in the United States. Patients with a diagnosis of IBD (Crohn’s disease [CD] or ulcerative colitis [UC]) who received a COVID-19 vaccination until April 30, 2021, were identified and included. Details of the database are described in the Supplementary Methods and previous studies.
