简介
Background: Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a devastating and progressive disease characterized by excessive proliferation and remodeling of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMC) of the lung. Results: TAGLNcre mice showed increased hallmarks of PH including elevated right ventricle systolic pressure (RVSP), increased vascular smooth muscle deposition and an increased Fulton index, following exposure to BLM or HX-SU compared to controls (PBS or normoxia exposure).
