Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a pervasive neuro-developmental disorder which is escalating at an alarming rate worldwide. The symptoms of this disorder are usually visible by the age of three. The triad of common impairments are problems with communication, social behavior, and repetitive behaviors. These individuals have special needs for learning, but they can learn if special ways are adopted for teaching. The imperative goal of this chapter is to offer a review of distinct technical technologies like virtual reality, therapeutic robots, speech program equipment, mobile interactive apparatus, and table/floor projectors to enhance learning in these individuals. These specialized tools are very effective, if we can deal with the requirements of individuals with ASD with a specific tool, but these tools require skilled employees to get maximum benefit.
