Raising a child with ADHD can deeply influence family well-being and parental resources. This makes the identification of effective interventions to support parents relevant. In this regard, the article examines the transformative impact of Parental Reflection Groups (PRGs), an educational model for parental support, involving 20 families. The results describe a transformative dynamic in the frames of reference and educational practices used by parents, enabling an increase in their sense of competence, fostering a positive dynamic of personal and family well-being.
