A total of 53,545 participants, who responded to at least 1 COVID-19 questionnaire and responded to the AD questionnaire, were included (Table I). Nonresponders were younger and more often men (data not shown). In the multivariate analysis (Table II), both mild and moderate-to-severe AD showed a positive association with a higher prevalence of lung disease (mild AD: adjusted odds ratio [aOR], 2.50, 95% CI, 1.89-3.30; moderate-to-severe AD: aOR, 3.19, 95% CI, 2.68-3.80). All groups had similar COVID-19 infection rates.
