Objective

To quantitate, characterize, and analyze errors identified in the rescreening of previous gynecologic cytology specimens with original diagnoses of" within normal limits" or" benign cellular changes" for current cases diagnosed as carcinoma or high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion.
