A 10-day-old female child with interrupted aortic arch, distal aortopulmonary window, aortic origin of the right pulmonary artery and intact ventricular septum (Fig. 1) underwent successful repair of interruption, and aortopulmonary window patch closure. Right pulmonary artery originates from the right posterior side of the ascending aorta.
