This paper presents some properties of GC-FI-flat modules, where C is a semidualizing module and we investigate the relation between the GC-yoke with the C-yoke of a module as well as the relation between the GC-FI-flat resolution and the FI-flat resolution of a module over GF IF-closed rings. We also obtain a criterion for computing the GC-FI-flat dimension of modules.
