Cancer is not only caused by abnormal cell growth but also abnormalities in cell death. In carcer tissue both living and dying cells triggers immune system. In advanced stages in cancer CD4+ and CD8-T celis are found to be increased and this brough the research area whether adoptive T-cell transfer could be effective in cancer therapy (1). The first studies about imnunoregulatory T cell function were done on multiple myeloma cases (2). Efficacy of immunotherapeutic ap-proaches in cancer such as cytokine adjuvants or autologous and allogeneic transplantation might be restricted by increased number of regulatory T cells (T regs)(3). T regs which are defined as CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3-play an important role in maintenance of immune tolerance and they suppress immune responses to tumors besides transplants and infectious agents (4).
