With the emerging technologies and the changes happening in many industries, the markets are also looking for new products and concepts to make their lives more easy and comfortable. However, the changing markets will lead to the changing pattern and structure of marketing tools. Particularly in terms of promotional tools the new product evolution leads to new marketing and promotional tools. In such changing situations, we look at the need and crucial role of Communication skills of the sales force. Apart from the changing markets sometimes the pandemic environments also force the markets to change. In this COVID situation with the disruption in the traditional education system, these online platforms play a major role in the market. This article focuses on the role of communication in the changing education industry and the importance of communication skills for the sales force team to improve sales.
