Globalization in businesses and migration patterns have led to workplace diversity in many countries. It is now common in many countries to find employees of various ethnicities or nationalities working together under the same roof. Given the prevalence of multicultural work teams, it becomes important to understand the dynamics of cross-cultural interaction.
