The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of online mindfulness program (MR) on physical pain, stress and depression in COVID-19 patients. Forty COVID-19 patients (F= 20, M= 20) were randomly selected and divided into experimental (n= 20) and control (n= 20) groups with an age range of 20-45 years. Physical pain (via the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)) and psychological wellbeing (via Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) and Beck depression inventory II (BDI)) were assessed prior to and following a two week online MR. All patients completed the two week online MR and no adverse events were reported over the intervention period.
