6 LPA haplotype network including 3 different world populations, based on a total of 79 different haplotypes which arose out of the main 120 separated haplotypes. Each circle represents an LPA haplotype indicated by sample ID and color code (Black corresponds to Gabon, red to Tyrol and yellow to Hong Kong). Each circle is sized proportional to the number of samples within a given haplotype. The haplotypes are connected to one another by branches, along which variational steps or differences are indicated. Blue colored lines represent the torso of the network. The red nodes represent inferred hypothetical haplotypes.
