Thought about the constitutional obligations of the state are further elaborated in Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution, namely the principle of the state, the earth and all the wealth contained therein and the livelihoods of the people controlled by the state to be used for the lives of many people or with the word other countries act as organizers of public interests.
