Experimental data collected in the process of modelling fine scale route choice of upstream migrating fish as they approach an instream structure. Specifically, river lamprey at Buttercrambe Weir, Yorkshire, UK. Data include PIT and acoustic (XXXX.csv files) telemetry detections, hydraulic model outputs (QXX.xyz files) and bank elevation measurements.
