The current study has three purposes: a) to examine the relations between six organizational culture dimensions communicated in online job advertisements—adaptability, integrity, collaborative, results-oriented, customer-oriented, detail-oriented from the Organizational Culture Profile (OCP; Chatman et al. 2014) framework—and organizational attractiveness, and b) to examine the moderating roles of applicants’ HEXACO personality traits (mainly Honesty-Humility) in the relations between organizational culture and organizational attractiveness, and c) to develop a transformer-based word embedding algorithm that can predict scores on the six organizational culture dimensions and organizational attractiveness from individuals’ personality trait scores and job advertisement text.
