Conclusion
We investigated cytotoxic effects of Oleandrin on 2D and 3D neuroblastoma culture models. The results show that oleandrin has a strong anti-proliferative effect on SH-SY5Y cell line/micro-tissues, and it doesn’t cause cytotoxity on normal cells. Thus, it is a promising anti-cancer drug candidate for the treatment of neuroblastoma.
