The article presents a case study of s 34-year-old man presented with rashes and bruising on his limbs and trunk and with a history of motor-vehicle accident and splenectomy. It informs that abdominopelvic computed tomography scan found multiple rounded masses in the abdominal cavity. It also informs of technetium-99m heat-damaged erythrocytes scintigraphy as the diagnostic modal of choice for splenosis.
