In the current scenario, cancer is one of the widely spread disease next to AIDS. The treatment of this disease is still a big challenge for the oncologist. During the treatment of cancer, patient suffers severely because of chemotherapy and radiations. Delivering the optimal mixture of drugs to the targeted cell is very crucial to avoid the adverse effect of drugs on other cells and tissues of the body. In this context, carbon‐based 2D graphene oxide has brought a new hope for effective targeted drug delivery to the cancerous cell. The objective of our study here is to analyze the structural stability of graphene oxide (GO) and cancer drugs complexes and the binding mechanism of GO as a cancer drug carrier.
