Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) using Moringa Oleifera (MO) bloated in flavonoids, tannins, and phenols phytochemical as a capping and reducing agent which reduced the silver ions to Ag-NPs without any external reducing agent for an antibacterial agent is enclave in this work. The effects of the reducing agent in the different concentrations of silver nitrate incubated for 72 h on the structural, morphological and optical properties followed by the antibacterial activity of Ag-NPs were studied. The synthesized Ag-NPs were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transition electron microscope (TEM), X-ray dispersive spectroscopy (XRD), Uv–visible spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis.
