The article discusses the privatization of Russian state-owned enterprises in oil, electricity and telecommunications in post-Soviet era. The issue is said to contribute to the growing investigation of privatization by attending especially to the property dimensions. It also illustrates and show the importance of the complexity of property relations which comprise privatization to extend current geographical scholarship in neoliberalism.
