Discussion: Acute suppurative thyroiditis very rarely can cause the thyroid gland cases. Especially our data in patients as well as acute suppurative thyroiditis should be considered, with or without underlying immunosuppressive condition, neck pain and swelling is reached with subacute thyroiditis, bleeding into cysts and cancer. Acute suppurative thyroiditis in charge, salmonella infection should be kept in mind though very rare.
