简介
Methods: We included 1,275 patients with solid tumors from the Cancer and Aging Resilience Evaluation (CARE) study. Cognitive complaints were captured using PROMIS survey. Residential addresses were geocoded, joined to Census block group and tract, and matched to corresponding ADI and SVI scores. Multivariable logistic regression were adjusted for age, sex, race, treatment phase, tumor stage and type, and tract clustering. Results: Median age was 68yo (IQR: 64, 74), 60.3% males, and 22% non-Hispanic Black. Patients in top ADI quartile were more likely to report moderate/severe cognitive complaints compared to lowest quartile (OR= 1.88, 95% CI: 1.06, 3.35, p= 0.031). Overall social vulnerability top quartile (v lowest) was associated with higher complaints (OR= 1.92, 95% CI: 1.04, 3.53, p= 0.036) driven mainly by minority status vulnerability (OR= 2.17, 95% CI: 1.27, 3.72, p= 0.005).
