The article discusses the value and benefits of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) Scholarship Program. It examines the survey conducted, asking RACS scholars about the personal and professional benefits they derived from being a RACS scholarship recipient. The positive feedback from respondents about their acquisition of tangible new skills is noted, along with their benefits in relation to success in their academic and surgical careers.
