Melanoma is the most deadly type of skin cancer in humans. Which occurs as a result of a change in the pigment of the skin, which is known as pigment cells. Which produces a pigment known as melanin. Which appear in multiple colors. And asymmetry from one part to another. Its borders are irregular. And grow continuously. This disease can be treated and cured if there is an early diagnosis of the disease. Effective techniques are required for early detection using a Computer-Aided Diagnosis (CAD). In this paper ABCD rules have applied for automatic detecting skin cancer. In order to test the proposed system PH2 standard dataset has used, PH2 contains three types of skin diseases namely Atypical Nevi, Melanoma and Common Nevus.
