This encompassing review article synthesizes multiple studies and methods all revolving around the innovative use of nanoparticles (NPs) for Vincristine (VCR) delivery as a cancer treatment. The study presents a broad range of applications derived from several studies, such as NP delivery systems that trigger apoptosis, targeted drug delivery strategies for Ewing's sarcoma, therapy for brain gliomas, and potential uses for non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC). Several studies highlight promising results, such as the reduction of tumors, enhanced survival rates, and lower cell survival rate in cancer cells. Moreover, diverse NPs' formulations each presenting varied encapsulation efficiencies and zeta potentials, yet maintaining a consistently small size are illustrated, reinforcing the versatility of NP utilization in this field.
