Vascular anomalies arising in the mandible comprise under 1% of all intraosseous tumors originating from the mandible, and their occurrence is extremely rare. Few pediatric cases of mandibular capillary vascular malformations have been reported. We report two pediatric intraosseous capillary mandibular malformations with a similar clinical course. A 15-year-old boy and 10-year-old girl each developed a painless, rapidly growing mandibular swelling. Imaging and tissue biopsy did not establish a definitive diagnosis. As the destruction of the mandible progressed, mandibular resection and reconstruction were performed, and capillary malformation was diagnosed on the grounds of tissue examination.
