Counseling is essential in the current situation of pandemic COVI-19 for special needs children. Many previous researchers discuss the therapy and treatment use during counseling and investigate teachers' role during counseling, but little much knows about online counseling and methods. This study shows the comparison between online and traditional counseling for students with ADHD. A qualitative research design was used in this study, while the nature of the study was phenomenological. In this study, the interview guide based on Skinner's reinforcement theory. The study's findings revealed that reinforcement techniques for ADHD children use in both traditional and online counseling. Traditional counseling is better than online counseling. Face to face counseling shows early improvement as compare to online counseling. School psychologists face more problems during traditional counseling. Future implications and ways are discussed.
