简介
The Positive Mental Health (PMH) is understood as the adaptive response and assertive coping with daily life, this allows success or failure in the adversity which they live; should be noted that some professionals such as psychologists according to their own professional profile require PMH, to work optimally with their patients. The present study aims to measure the PMH of undergraduate students in psychology. The methodology is quantitative, descriptive, with a tool 40 reagents evaluating 6 factors applied; sample was probabilistic, with 115 students of the degree in Psychology, from a public university in north Mexico State. The results are alarming because no statistically significant differences were found in the level of PMH by generation. This allows us to infer there is not an adequate work at the educational level, in the attitudinal part, emphasizing that do not work properly the competency model.
