Introduction: The focus of the present study is to investigate the amount and intensity of burnout experienced by employees from two different departments: Human Resources Department and Technical Department from a multinational company. Method: The concept of burnout was determined according to the three dimensions of the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory measuring personal burnout, work related burnout and client related burnout. Our empirical research has been conducted based on the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI), assigned to a sample of 60 respondents: 32 females and 28 males.
