PCN before testing, which increased to 69%(9/13) after de-labeling. Conversely, very few antibiotics were PCN in the cohort ineligible for testing, 10%(2/20) before and 12%(2/17) after the survey (Figure 1). No episodes of anaphylaxis occurred. On survey, 80% of families (4/5) were comfortable or very comfortable with PCN use after de-labeling. One child developed a rash while on a PCN, although it is unclear whether it was directly related. No difference was found in the type of bacteria grown before and after the study period in either population. Figure 1.
