Privacy is today a mandatory property to implement in modern systems and particularly in Healthcare systems where patients’ personal data is exchanged between different persons and services. Many solutions are currently implemented for privacy preservation, mainly for EHR (Electronic Health Record) data exchange and storage. Nevertheless, when dealing with electronic alerts about the patient’s emergent health state, current systems still suffer from scalability issues. Indeed, privacy implementation generally requires cryptography and interception techniques which slow down alert arrival to its destinations.
