Table A4. 1 contains a list of the ICPC-2 and ICPC-2 PLUS code groups used in the analysis of patient reasons for encounter (Chapter 6) and problems managed (Chapter 7). A different set of code groups are used in the analyses of chronic problems and problems managed with the involvement of a practice nurse. Code groups used to analyse chronic problems (Table 7.6) are listed in Table A4. 2. Table A4. 3 shows the code groups used in the analysis of problems managed with practice nurse involvement (Table 13.5).
