Beer is the world's most widely consumed and probably the oldest of alcohol beverages. It is produced by the brewing and fermentation of starches mainly derived from cereal grains. In this study beer is produced using barley, Andrographis (substitute of hops) and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. After the production of beer, percentage of alcohol generated is estimated by two methods, in first method percentage of alcohol generated was estimated as 3.152% and in second method amount of alcohol generated was identified as 3.775%.
