Tissue adhesion, defined as fibrosis formation between damaged tissue and adjacent tissues, is one of problems during healing process. Because the tissue adhesion can cause several medical complications such as post-surgical pain, intestinal obstruction and disturbance of organ function, second operation is necessary to remove the tissue adhesion. To prevent that, several research group suggested tissue barriers to physically isolate damaged tissue from adjacent tissues during healing process. Among the tissue barriers, pluronic based hydrogel can be a useful medical device because it can be injected and formed strong hydrogel onto damaged tissue by its thermos-sensitive behavior. However, pluronic based hydrogel normally showed fast degradation against physiological condition, it is not easy to apply the pluronic based hydrogel as an efficient tissue barrier.
