Background

Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have emerged as revolutionary therapeutics in cancer care with significant improvements in outcomes. They, however, carry the risk of life-threatening immune-related adverse effects. ICI-induced myocarditis with myositis-myasthenia gravis overlap syndrome is exceedingly rare and accounts for less than 1% of ICI adverse events. We present a case of ICI-induced myocarditis with myasthenia gravis, highlighting this rare yet life-threatening complication.
