Workplace bullying is considered as a severe and prevalent problem that has devastating effects on the employees. Despite the recognition of its severe and pervasive nature, it is still a rife and there is no clear and adequate remedial path for targets to follow. So, the focal point in this paper will be the moderating/controlling role of workplace spirituality between workplace bullying and employee’s productivity in public and non-public ie private institutes of higher education institutes of Lahore, Pakistan. The sample size for data collection totaled to 350 employees and structured questionnaire was used to gather data. The means to reach confirmation for construct validity the construct validity, factor analysis was applied making use of PCA with Varimax rotation method. Hierarchical regression analysis has been applied to determine the impact of workplace bullying on employee’s productivity, while workplace spirituality has been taken as a moderating variable. The results imply that workplace bullying has negative and significant impact on employee’s productivity while workplace spirituality moderates/controls the effect of workplace bullying to improve the employee’s productivity.
