Methods: We enrolled 37 participants. Eligibility included:(1) Spanish as primary language,(2) cancer diagnosis,(3) BMI≥ 25, and (4) BP≥ 121/80. We gathered self-reported outcomes at baseline and follow-up, and administered a semi-structured feasibility/acceptability survey at 12-weeks. We conducted frequency analyses to examine participant preferences of specific course characteristics and satisfaction.
Results: On average, participants rated their experience with the yoga program as a 4.6 out of 5 (SD=. 59). Most felt it was important that their yoga instructor spoke Spanish (86%). The instructor's gender and whether or not he/she was a cancer survivor were rated as less important.
