简介
The use of quality tools, including the expansion of quality performance across industries to improve the quality of the production process and manufacturing products, is significant. But since the evaluations made in the qualitative performance matrices are not sufficiently accurate and inconsistent with the judgments, this defect has been addressed using hierarchical analysis. Previous articles have used this method in quality house matrices and other matrices to illustrate the problem, and this article presents a method for solving it. In this paper, the first matrix (quality house) is investigated. Customer demand data were collected from the target population and identified using expert opinions, technical and engineering requirements related to the demands. Then, using the hierarchical analysis process technique, the preference of the criteria was determined. Finally, the matrix of the house was completed and it was found that the two demands of price and performance of the carpet as well as the two technical and engineering requirements of the number of knots per square meter and the amount of mortar are of the utmost importance and given the relationships in the quality and roof of the house. Quality, increasing the number of knots per square meter can lead to improved productivity.
