Article is devoted to the legislation review of the public-private partnership projects of the healthcare sector in Ukraine. Authors focused attention on the basic problems of public-private partnership projects in Ukraine. The development of public-private partnerships in health care of Ukraine is possible only in condition of further improvement of legislation to the line with the norms and principles of international law, providing a clear and coordinated cooperation of all branches and friendly to business partnership administrative environment.
