Background: Bleaching of discolored teeth is one of the most important and valuable topics in aesthetic dentistry. The aim of this report was to find out post treatment patient satisfaction by using hydrogen peroxide as a bleaching material.

Case presentations: The conservative technique of tooth bleaching has gained attention and acceptance from both patients and clinicians. In this clinical note, total 5 cases have been discussed.

Results: A conservative technique of vital tooth bleaching is outlined which may successfully be applied in cases of fluorosis, hypo-calcified brown stains, and selected cases of tetracycline staining.

Conclusion: Tooth bleaching in the management of tooth discoloration can produce effective result with aesthetic outcome.
