Background
For a long period of time Empowered Action Group States (EAG) of India are cursed with maternal mortality and morbidity. Most of the pregnant women are not acquiescent to receive the routine check-up during Antenatal Care (ANC) and many of them cautiously skip the same. The study aims to explore the obstacle of ANC in women's perspective and their participation in this.
Methods
The study has incorporated most recent fourth round of National Family Health Survey data conducted in 2015–16. Descriptive statistics along with association test and binary logistic regression model have been applied to understand the differential and determinants of ANC.
Result
