Ewing Sarcoma is the second most common bone tumor in children and young adults. Primary vertebral Ewing sarcoma (ES)/primary neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) is very rare, especially with intraspinal infiltration. Most cases of ES contain somatic translocation t (11; 22)(q24; q12). We present a case of a boy who was diagnosed with Non Hodgkin lymphoma (B immunophenotype) of the stomach at the age of 12. He was treated according to BFM 90 protocol. Complete remission (CR) was achieved. At the age of 17 he was admitted to our department because of the anemia, thrombocytopenia, fatigue and hypertrophy of the gums.
